Cleo Rocos was born in Rio de Janeiro
in Brazil and her first job was as a professional skateboarder. Cleo is best
known for her work with Kenny Everett on his legendary and much-loved radio and
television shows (aptly named "The Kenny Everett Television Show") in the early
1980s, in which she memorably played Miss Whiplash - often appearing wearing no
more than underwear and high heels. Cleo and Kenny enjoyed a 15-year friendship
fuelled by fun and laughter until his tragic death in 1995. As well as landing
smaller parts in three films, "History of the World: Part I" (1981), "Bloodbath
at the House of Death" (1984) and "The Baby Juice Express (2004)", and shows
including "Highlander" and "The Hitch Hiker's Guide To The Galaxy", more
recently Cleo has performed with Leigh Francis in sketches for his Channel 4
series "Bo In The USA". Cleo also produced "The Seven Year Itch" in the West
End and is currently writing a new comedy series - as well as appearing as a
housemate on Celebrity Big Brother 2007. Cleo was once kidnapped in Buenos
Aires and counts Darryl Hannah and Robbie Williams amongst her famous friends.
She lives with her mother, loves to eat Mexican salsa for breakfast and has a
pet parrot called Max.
