Emily Parr was a 19 year-old performing
arts student living in Bristol when she entered Big Brother series 8. The 5'5"
blonde describes herself as an "indie rock and roll queen" and loves make-up,
clothes, shoes and bags, but she also considers herself highly intelligent,
saying she could read from the age of two. Emily, who was also waitressing
before Big Brother, graduated with a diploma in acting with triple
distinctions, and was doing her HND. Emily, who is thinking of studying fashion
in London said of performance arts: "grades mean nothing, it's about the
talent." In the first week of Big Brother, Emily Parr was put up for eviction,
as she was nominated by Ziggy, who was the only housemate allowed to nominate.
As it transpired, it didn't matter, as before the eviction, she was removed for
using a word judged to be 'racially offensive' in a conversation with
